When and how do I get paid?
Buyout option – usually within 5 calendar days upon receipt of the items
Consignment – usually within 7-10 business days after the items are sold
What is Blue Boot Consignment & Resale return policy?
Merchandise can be returned within seven (7) days upon receipt of the merchandise. All tags must be on the merchandise. No items will be returned without original tags and at the expense of the buyer (unless the merchandise arrived defective). Note: a photo of all merchandise will be taken prior to distribution. If the photo does not appear to be defective prior to leaving Blue Boot Consignment & Resale, you will not be issued a refund and the items will be returned at the customer’s cost.
Do you buy all seasons?
Yes, we purchase and/or consign “out of season” merchandise.
Do you buy/consign men clothing?
Currently, we do not buy and/or consign men clothing. We currently accept women, kids (boy or girl) and juniors clothing, accessories, footwear, outerwear and athletic wear.
How many items can I upload at one time?
We will accept up to 10 items per shipment per day. You will not be allowed to upload more than 10 items unless you upload two separate consignment/buyout request.
Once a quote is given by Blue Boot Consignment & Resale is given, when does the offer expires?
Quotes are valid for 15 business days. After 15 business days, you must resubmit a new request for another quote.
Do I have the option to receive a store credit instead of receiving a payout?
Yes, store credits are given upon request.
